HOPEWELL, Pa. (WKBN) – Monday marks 31 years since Flight 427 crashed just over the state line in Hopewell Township during a routine flight from Chicago to Pittsburgh.
As many as 132 people were killed, including local couple Anthony and Paula Rich, along with their unborn child.
