A man died after jumping off a Pennsylvania Turnpike bridge into the Allegheny River on Tuesday morning in Harmar, police said.
Police and rescue workers pulled a man from the river around 9:30 a.m. following reports of someone jumping from the Pennsylvania Turnpike bridge that spans the river. The initial call came in at 8:45 a.m.
A Pennsylvania State Police trooper confirmed later at the scene that a man jumped from the bridge and died. Authorities have not yet released the man’s identity…
