Elementary student taken to hospital after edibles handed out at Pennsylvania school

ALLEGHENY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Edibles that were handed out at a Pennsylvania elementary school caused one student to be taken to the hospital, according to officials.

A statement from East Allegheny School District shows the edible gummies were handed out by a student who entered Logan Elementary School on Tuesday morning.

The district said there were a few students who ate the gummies, and one of them became ill, so they were taken to a local hospital…
