Police were called to the 2700 block of Webster Avenue just before 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13, for a report of an altercation between two men. Officers found an unresponsive man on the ground with a stab wound to his torso, and medics pronounced him dead minutes later, according to the release.
Court documents identify the victim as Eddie L. Murrell, 52.
Church Camera Captured The Deadly Attack
According to the affidavit, detectives recovered surveillance video from a church at 2720 Webster Avenue showing the confrontation moving from inside the home to the front porch.
