PITTSBURGH (WKRC) – A towing company owner has learned his fate after he pleaded guilty to charges related to deceptive business practices.
According to the office of Pennsylvania Attorney General David Sunday, Vincent G. Fannick, the owner of Vince’s Towing in Pittsburgh, has learned his fate after pleading guilty to felony charges related to deceptive towing practices, including theft by deception and insurance fraud.
An Allegheny County Court judge ordered Fannick, 57, to pay $379,279 in restitution to avoid jail time and barred him from working in the towing industry…
