Tragedy struck Pittsburgh’s East Liberty neighborhood when a fire engulfed an old apartment building on North Negley Avenue. According to WPXI, the blaze broke out in the early hours of the morning, at approximately 1:19 a.m. Fire and emergency crews arrived swiftly, finding the second floor consumed by heavy smoke. They wasted little time securing the perimeter.
