Calgon Carbon Corporation, a manufacturer of activated carbon filtration products used for air and water treatment, plans to expand its operations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The $13.2 million project is expected to create 23 jobs.
The investment will include the construction of an additional 11,000 square feet at the company’s activated carbon recycling plant and warehouse as well as an additional 35,000 square feet at its facility that handles final processing of the military grade material.
