Highmark Health is preparing for the future by expanding its artificial intelligence capabilities in 2026.
Highmark’s history with AI reaches back further than most companies. It has been utilizing machine learning and neural networks – early forms of AI – in administrative tasks for over a decade, and introduced generative AI in 2023, according to Chief Analytics Officer Richard Clarke.
