One person was taken into custody following a massive police presence in Pittsburgh’s Uptown neighborhood that stemmed from an incident in Swissvale.
According to the criminal complaint, Dale Lamar Jackson’s license plate was picked up by a plate reader as Jackson had a warrant out for his arrest. Police say they attempted a traffic stop with Jackson, who then crashed his car into an officer’s patrol vehicle. Jackson reportedly led police on a chase, at one point driving 110 miles per hour in the Squirrel Hill tunnel.
