A man is facing charges after he allegedly fled police and damaged a police cruiser after being taken into custody.
It was just before 2 a.m. on January 3rd when police were called to the Sheetz near Mars High School for a suspicious vehicle.
When officers approached the car, they identified the driver as 39-year-old Tyler Rutherford of Bridgeville, who was wanted on felony charges in Allegheny County…
