I-79 in Pennsylvania shut down following multi-vehicle crash

PENNSYLVANIA — A multi-vehicle crash shut down Interstate 79 northbound in Marshall Township late Friday morning, according to authorities.

The PennDOT reported that I-79 northbound was closed following the crash, while I-79 southbound was reduced to one lane at the Warrendale interchange, Exit 75. Motorists were advised to expect delays in the area and to seek alternate routes if possible.
