A former Penn Christian Academy teacher, already charged with indecent assault involving students at an Allegheny County school, now faces additional charges in similar alleged incidents.
Sean M. Dicer, 53, of Brackenridge, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 13, by Allegheny County police with two felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor, one felony count each of indecent assault and child endangerment and misdemeanor corruption of minors after a third male former student came forward Dec. 5.
The now-28-year-old man told police the incidents began when he was in fifth grade in 2007 at Fairmont Elementary School, which is now Highlands Early Childhood Center. Dicer was a teacher there at the time…
