A woman is recounting the harrowing moment her beloved dog was shocked by a street lamp as they were returning home from a run.
In a post shared to Facebook on Jan. 8, Pittsburgh area resident Montana Mitchell said her chocolate lab, Denim, was shocked as they walked down the city’s Smallman Street near 11th Street, cooling down after a run.
“He had been thrown to his side, his legs were pushed out, and it looked like he was being tased,” she shared in an interview with KDKA-TV. “When I realized he was being shocked, I didn’t know where it was coming from, so I didn’t know what to pull him away from. He’s also 85 pounds.”…
