A man was rescued from a frigid Pennsylvania river — and a full-sized harp valued at about $30,000 was recovered along the riverbank, officials said.
Pittsburgh Public Safety officials said EMS, River Rescue, Pittsburgh Police, Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire, and DCNR Rangers responded to Allegheny River just before 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, after reports of a man in the water off Point State Park.
