A jitney run in Pittsburgh’s East Hills neighborhood spun into chaos yesterday when a driver was robbed at gunpoint, then police later charged his passenger after finding a lunchbox full of drugs in her nearby apartment. According to investigators, the driver told officers he was jumped by several masked men while working in the neighborhood, and officers say a 2-year-old child inside the apartment later had access to the same container where they found crack and heroin.
