Hanover man charged after alleged gun cleaning mishap shot self, wife

A Hanover man was charged with reckless endangerment after allegedly accidentally shooting himself and his spouse while cleaning his gun, court records show.

Richard Miller, of Penn Township, faces a second-degree misdemeanor charge of recklessly endangering another person, according to charging documents filed in Penn Township on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026.
