Prosecutors have agreed to drop most of the charges against the Peters Township student accused in a so-called “catfishing scheme” where he allegedly solicited or took nude photos of teenage boys.
18-year-old Zachariah Meyers remains behind bars, while he still faces 67 criminal charges in the case.
