‘Scared And Want To Go Home’: Pennsylvania Couple Makes School Bus Full Of Children Cry With Nonsensical Street Standoff

What should have been a completely ordinary afternoon in Pennsylvania quickly spiraled into a tense roadside spectacle when a couple refused to move their car for a school bus. In Pittsburgh, a routine bus route turned into a scene straight out of a viral internet clip, and that’s exactly what it became.

According to the bus driver, the trouble began after she made a tight turn onto a nearby street. Instead of a simple pause-and-proceed situation, she found herself nose-to-nose with a vehicle that apparently had no interest in cooperating. The driver later explained online, “Instead of being a normal human and waiting…he decided to pull up to my bumper and put his car in park!”

Now, if you’ve ever driven a school bus or even just seen one up close, you know those things aren’t exactly built for quick, nimble escapes. And in this case, backing up wasn’t an option. Legally, the bus couldn’t reverse out of the jam. That left the driver stuck, the kids stuck, and tensions rising by the minute.

Video 3 of 4) Still waiting on the police to arrive and praying the situation between this woman and the crazy female passenger of the vehicle doesn’t escalate into something serious. The kids are getting pretty fidgety at this point; a couple of them are crying because they are scared & want to go home 😞 and it’s getting harder and harder to keep everyone calm on the bus!! #schoolbusdriver #schoolkids #roadrage
