DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Pittsburgh attorney who is currently in jail after being arrested claims the group 814PredHunters illegally entrapped him and ignored his constitutional rights at the time of his 2023 arrest, according to a lawsuit.
Paul Luvara, 35, who pleaded guilty after his arrest, claimed in a lawsuit that he lost wages while in jail and is seeking compensation after his actions were exposed, the organization announced.
