Woman charged with stalking for alleged repeat visits to Adams Township residence

A woman was charged with stalking after she returned by Uber to a residence she had been ordered to leave by Adams Township police, who had given her a courtesy ride to the police station.

Shannon Rose Mignogna, 32, of Pitcairn, was charged with one misdemeanor count each of stalking and trespass following a Feb. 26 incident on Union Church Road.

Police said a man called to report that a woman was outside the residence and kept messaging him. The man said the woman refused to leave and was attempting to open the front and back doors…
