Walt Maddox, a rock and doo-wop legend with The Marcels, has died.
He was 88.
“He was a great musician, music manager and hell of a nice guy,” former KDKA reporter Paul Martino wrote on Facebook on March 30. “Pittsburgh tonight lost Walt Maddox, former of the legendary Walt Maddox & The Marcels. Condolences to his family and especially wife Terry.”…
