Lowellville man charged after Pittsburgh airport officials find handgun in bag

A Lowellville man has been charged following Pittsburgh International Airport officials locating a firearm in a suspect’s carry-on bag.

According to a Facebook post on the Allegheny County Police Department Facebook page, 49-year-old Joshua Seese of Lowellville, Ohio, has been charged in connection with an incident at the Pittsburgh International Airport in Pennsylvania on April 4, 2026.

According to the post, around 3 p.m., a handgun was located in Seese’s bag at the security checkpoint of the airport. Allegheny County Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) were notified of the incident…
