GasBuddy records rising fuel prices this week with analysts reporting drivers could be paying more in the weeks ahead

West Virginia (WOAY) Gas prices are on the rise across West Virginia, and experts say drivers could soon be paying even more at the pump.

According to GasBuddy, the average price for a gallon of gas in the Mountain State has jumped nearly 16 cents in just the past week, now sitting at $3.97 a gallon.

That’s more than 60 cents higher than a month ago and nearly 86 cents higher than this time last year…
