A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to as many as six years in state prison for providing fentanyl to a 15-year-old girl who fatally overdosed.
Shakiers Foster, 29, pleaded guilty in Allegheny County this week to involuntary manslaughter and delivering a controlled substance. He was sentenced to serve between 2½ and six years and will not be eligible for boot camp or any sentence reduction programs.
