We now know the cause of death for the driver of the vehicle who was killed when he was thrown from his vehicle, after it plunged from the Route 65 ramp to the Fort Duquesne Bridge, down to Reedsdale Street below.
The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office says 52-year-old Michael Smith, of Sheraden, died of multiple blunt force injuries, and the manner of death was an accident.
