Pittsburgh Regional Transit says the Monongahela Incline is back to normal operations after two people had to be rescued early Friday morning after the cars became stalled.
Just before midnight, the Pittsburgh EMS Rescue Division was requested by Port Authority Police when the upper and lower cars stalled.
One person was trapped in each car. Each was about 80 feet from their stations…
