A Westmoreland County man is facing charges for allegedly conducting a fraudulent check scheme to get new vehicles from dealerships, including one in Butler.
30-year-old Timothy Bierly was arrested for the scheme last month.
Police say Bierly would write fake checks from his LLC, Ironopps, to purchase the new cars and then sell them to unsuspecting buyer online…
