We Recycle Solar (WRS) plans to launch a commercial-scale solar panel recycling facility in Texas in Q3 2027, targeting recovery of up to 96% of the silver, copper, silicon, aluminum and glass contained in end-of-life panels.
The 10-acre facility outside Dallas will use WRS’s proprietary process to handle one panel per minute and recover materials entirely in the U.S., eliminating offshore downstream processing.
