$12 Billion Fields Development Plans 11 Million Square Feet Of Office Space

Frisco’s Fields development is preparing for another major phase of growth, this time with a focus on corporate offices. The Karahan Companies and Dallas-based developer KDC are partnering to pursue approximately 11 million square feet of office space across the 2,545-acre master-planned community in north Frisco.

The companies previously worked together on Legacy West, the mixed-use development that helped bring major corporate names including Toyota, JPMorgan Chase, Liberty Mutual and FedEx to the area. Now, the partners are looking to attract more businesses to Fields, where companies could build offices tailored to their operations, from sprawling corporate campuses to mid-rise buildings and high-rise towers.

A New Corporate Hub In North Frisco
