Two people are locked up in Kaufman County, accused in a Forney killing this week.
Forney Police say a man was found shot to death on Monday in the driveway of a home on Summerhaven near Forney Community Park. Police indicate that the victim was “clearly targeted.”
Two Fornery residents have been arrested and charged with the murder. The suspects have been identified as Deaundre Walker and Mayra Lara. Both have additional drug charges. Plus, Lara is also being held on unspecified warrants out of Parker County.
Forney Detectives have not said why the victim, who has yet to be identified, was killed.
