When fleeing from a tornado, you have to do whatever it takes to get to shelter. Ideally, it would be an actual tornado shelter, but a big box store is better than nothing. No, they’re not immune from being destroyed by a twister, but it’s 1,000 times better than trying to ride out or run from a storm in your vehicle. Many have lost their lives doing that.
