DALLAS – A Pennsylvania-based discount closeout store chain is opening 10 locations in Texas in former 99 Cents Only stores, including two in North Texas. Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Monday announced plans to open in 10 former 99 Cents Only stores in Texas in the Dallas, Houston, McAllen and San Antonio areas.
