Centurion American Development Group’s latest master-planned community, Collin Creek, is gearing up to welcome its first homeowners. Single-family townhomes are available for purchase, with move-ins starting as early as October. Once completed, the Collin Creek project will feature 500 single-family homes, 2,300 multi-family units and 300 independent living residences. The community will also include 300,000 square feet of retail space, with over 60,000 square feet dedicated to restaurants at the former Collin Creek Mall site.
