Residents of Denton, Texas, have an opportunity to shape the future of their city during an upcoming public hearing on a proposed rezoning effort. According to the City of Denton, the Denton Planning and Zoning Commission will deliberate on changing approximately 40 acres from the Rural Residential (RR) District to the Public Facilities (PF) District. This land is situated south of Jim Christal Road and west of Tom Cole Road.
