On Friday, March 7, at 1:59 p.m., Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR) and Dallas Police (DPD) responded to a 911 call reporting a man who went into the Trinity River, at 100 Commerce Street, and never resurfaced.
Multiple resources from both departments, including DFR swift water rescue assets and DPD Air 1, searched for approximately four (4) hours before terminating search efforts around 5:00 p.m. with no findings.
