In a coordinated effort that brought some degree of closure to an anxious community, the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force successfully apprehended 17-year-old Daquan Blanton in Dallas. According to an update from the Dallas Police Department, Blanton was arrested on Sunday and subsequently charged with an extensive list of offenses, including one count of Capital Murder, in addition to three counts of Aggravated Robbery and two counts of Theft.
