The Argyle Planning and Zoning Commission approved a new zoning for a multi-phase development project on Wednesday, March 5. The property sits on 124 acres at the southwest corner of Interstate 35 and Robson Ranch Road, according to the agenda .
On the site, the Dallas Business Journal reported the mixed-use project could include a 15,000-square-foot H-E-B store and a wellness campus.
