DALLAS — A flipped-over car was shutting down Interstate 635 lanes at the busy High Five interchange in Dallas on Thursday morning.
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) traffic cameras showed the car upside down in the middle of the eastbound lanes I-635, at U.S. 75. Several police vehicles and a fire truck had responded to the scene, and several main lanes of the highway were blocked.
