DALLAS — A man who allegedly robbed a North Texas bank and carjacked an elementary school principal was arrested after a standoff with Dallas police, sources tell WFAA.
Police sources say the man robbed a PNC Bank in North Dallas and then attempted to carjack several vehicles in the parking lot of Dallas ISD’s Leonides Gonzalez Cigarroa Elementary. At one point, the man fired a shot in the air, sources say.
Eventually, the man takes the principal’s Tesla and drives off until, sources say, he crashes the car. The suspect then went to SMU, where, sources say, he carjacked another vehicle…
