Big Daddy’s Bringing Burgers from a Trusted DFW Legend to Maple Avenue

Mico Rodriguez, one of the DFW’s top restaurateurs, is preparing to prove that he’s more than just a Tex-Mex savant. The hospitality vet is turning his attention towards the next horizon-a burger joint called Big Daddy’s Burger, reports Culture Map Dallas.

The new concept will be launching as a part of the Maple Street Food Hall, located at 4711 Maple Avenue. Big Daddy’s will be joining three eateries that are already open and operational: Picazos Sushi Poke & Grill, Sal’s Pizza, and Rivera’s.

In partnering with Maple Street Food Hall’s developer Ray Quintanilla, Rodiguez looked to fill the void in the establishment, and to represent that which is still absent. Rodriguez states: “We felt like burgers were missing, so we will do a concept called Big Daddy’s Burger.”…
