“Rockwall has long been a place where love, family, and commitment are deeply valued,” Senator Hall explained, per the Rockwall County’s official site. Representative Katrina Pierson has also voiced her enthusiasm, remarking on the county’s 90-year history as a beloved locale for couples to unite in matrimony.
