The flood watch has been extended to 1 p.m. this afternoon for areas west of 1-35, including the Hill Country in Central and South Central Texas. An additional 1-3 inches with an isolated 6 inches will be possible on top of yesterday’s rain. Watch out for runoff and flooding again through the first half of the day. We should finally start to dry out Wednesday.
