Cowboy Chicken is throwing it back to 1981 as it celebrates 44 years of serving wood-fire rotisserie chicken — complete with nostalgic pricing, free cobbler, and family meal giveaways throughout August.
The Dallas-based fast-casual chain, known for slow-roasting its chicken over real wood, is honoring its anniversary during Rotisserie Chicken Month with deals that nod to the brands origins. Founded in 1981, Cowboy Chicken has grown into a celebrated concept built on “bold, wood-fire flavor and real honest food.”
