Tech company eyes $229.2 million headquarters in North Texas city

Yet another technology company is looking to settle down for good in North Texas. Adom Industries Inc., a Dallas-Fort Worth area startup focusing on transferring the “electronics workbench” to the cloud, is likely to invest $229.2 million to build a new headquarters right in its backyard, according tomultiple reports.

Back on Aug. 5, Fort Worth economic development manager Michael Hennig told the city’s council that Adom is looking to put together a prototyping lab and semiconductor fabrication facility in Fort Worth. In the process, Adom will spend $243.7 million in research and development over 15 years and bring 267 jobs to Fort Worth.
