A dog in North Texas is in need of some comfort and the heart of a kind human who is willing to be her new person.
“Meet Lily. She’s just two years old and barely 20 pounds,” Patti Dawson, the director of Dallas Dog Rescue, Rehab and Reform, said in an Oct. 30 Facebook post.
“And she’s breaking my heart.”…
