First look: Miron Crosby’s exclusive cowboy boots, clothing debut for Carolina Herrera collection

The word is Carolina Herrera’s new location in River Oaks District has been out for a month. Doors opened to the 3,000-square foot space on Oct. 4.

Two cowboy boot-making sisters who grew up on their family’s West Texas ranch, however, have been guarding a secret for months. Lizzie Means Duplantis and Sarah Means, founders of Miron Crosby, partnered with Carolina Herrera to design a limited-edition, three-piece collection in celebration of the fashion house’s expanded presence in Texas.
