At the time of his arrest Friday night on an aggravated kidnapping charge in Galveston, Graham Dunn was already a wanted man, according to court documents obtained by Eyewitness News.
Authorities confirm the 27-year-old had an active warrant in Dallas County, multiple probation violations, and three pending criminal cases in North Carolina.
