Rockwall ISD is celebrating Larry Stevenson, who has been named both the district and regional 2026 Property Casualty Alliance of Texas (PCAT) Bus Driver of the Year. Stevenson has driven for the district for six years and currently serves as a Special Programs driver, covering three campuses each day. The award recognizes bus drivers who show leadership, perseverance, and strong relationships with students and families. Stevenson will now represent the north central region in the statewide PCAT competition. The district praised his dedication and the positive impact he makes on students’ daily lives.
