GARLAND, Texas — A man was killed and another was seriously injured Wednesday when the ATV they were riding overturned late Wednesday night in Garland, police said.
In a social media post, Garland police said officers responded around 10:30 p.m. to the 3600 block of Marquis Drive, where they found the ATV and two adult men nearby.
The driver, identified as 46-year-old Paul Terry, was killed, and the second man, identified only as 41 years old, was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries…
