Frisco will take a major step toward transforming its green space landscape when city officials and residents gather April 27 to break ground on Grand Park, a world-class urban oasis designed for all ages and abilities.
The public ceremony runs from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Big Bluestem Trailhead, the future site of Grand Park Phase 1. Organizers are billing the event as a joyful community celebration, with music, refreshments and opportunities for neighbors to connect.
Parking is available at the Frisco Public Library and Discovery Center’s far west parking lot at 8004 Dallas Pkwy. Shuttles will transport guests from the lot to the ceremony site…
